We meet once a week to create a loving support group, focus on tools to improve our parenting, and develop skills for the challenges of parenting. Infants are exposed to a prepared environment, safe for them to branch out and explore with all of their senses.
Our parenting lessons cover child development, attachment, self-compassion, sleep, mindfulness, feeding, discipline, Montessori concepts, and more. We open and end the classes with signing, fingerplays, books, and songs.
